- 60 minutes- first office calls are typically an hour long $220
- 30 minutes- return office calls are typically a half hour long $110
- 15 minutes $60
- Annual gyn exam (includes labs)-
Phone appointments – for established patients only
- $45 for 15 minutes
- After hours emergency phone call- $40 for first 10 minutes, $30 for each additional 10 minutes.
B12 injections $20 each

Physical Medicine
- Diathermy $40 for 20 minute session
- Craniosacral therapy $90 for 45 minute session
Missed appointment fee $50 for the first missed appt
